General Labourer – Metal Fabrication

We are hiring a full-time, permanent General Laborer for a metal fabrication shop in Cobourg. This position involves working a straight afternoon shift. The role is very hands-on and requires some heavy lifting, along with a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to midnight
Rate of Pay: $19.25 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly

Requirements:
– Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
– Confident working with hand tools
– Experience operating a mini-grinder is an asset
– Able to follow instructions
– Good eye for detail
– Capable of standing for long periods
– Previous experience in a shop environment is an asset
– Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
